We ship via USPS. All items are made pursuant to a shipment contract; the risk of loss passes to you once we deliver the package to USPS.

- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage via email shop [at] panickentertainment [dot] com to request a replacement.
